Soil-Away Announces Soft Content Cleaning
Hooksett, NH— Soil-Away announced the purchase of the Esporta iS4000 Soft Contents Restoration System. Soil-Away will now be able to successfully clean, sanitize, and restore items damaged by smoke and soot, category 1, 2 and 3 water, bio waste, and mold. These items include: shoes, boots, sneakers, purses, stuffed animals, dolls, clothing, bedding, hats, jackets, sports equipment (i.e. hockey, football, lacrosse), and Personal Protective Equipment (i.e. fire department, construction).
Positive Customer Impact
“Simply defined, soft contents would be anything that doesn’t break if you were to turn a house upside down,” said Jack Solloway, founder and COO of Soil-Away. “By restoring up to 85% of these items previously considered non-restorable, we will be able to return precious personal items to the homeowner while saving money and time for both policy owners and the insurance companies.”
“This system will help us provide both policy owners and claims adjusters with faster and simpler settlement information,” said Rich Shaw, Director of Operations. “I’m excited about vertically integrating soft contents restoration. It will distinguish Soil-Away from our competition, delight our customers, and do it in an environmentally sustainable way,” said Josh Solloway, Director of Client Services.
This investment is driven by customer feedback and is part of Soil-Away’s commitment to deliver fully integrated services to its customers. Founded in 1990 and family owned, Soil-Away is one of the largest independent cleaning and restoration companies in northern New England.
