Hooksett, NH- Soil-Away is proud to announce their new certifications through the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). The certifications include Air Systems Cleaning Specialist and Ventilation System Mold Remediator. Soil-Away performs air duct cleaning on many projects. Home owners hire Soil-Away to clean their HVAC systems on a 12-36 month basis to help maintain air quality and assist with HVAC system efficiency. Soil-Away also performs air duct cleaning on property damage restoration projects. One example is on fire damage claims where soot has traveled through the ventilation system of the property and needs to be cleaned and deodorized. A second example would be on an extensive mold remediation job in which mold spores have circulated through the property’s HVAC system and need to be removed safely and effectively.
NADCA was founded in 1989 and currently has approximately 1,000 certified member companies. This trade association focuses on the HVAC inspection, maintenance, and restoration aspects of the industry. Members invest significant time into training and education. They must abide by a strict industry code of ethics and perform services in accordance with NADCA standards of care. Consumers can have confidence in hiring a NADCA certified firm because work will be performed at a higher standard.
