Air Systems Cleaning and Mold Remediation Certified

Team Soil-Away would like to congratulate Lead Technician, Mike Nudd, on obtaining certifications for air duct cleaning and mold remediation. After days of studying, training, and testing through the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), Mike achieved two certifications. The first designation is the Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS). ASCS technicians display a high level of HVAC system knowledge, NADCA protocols, and OSHA regulations. The second certification is the Ventilation System Mold Remediator (VSMR). This certification goes beyond the ASCS standards and ensures an understanding of microbial contamination and the ways to assess and deal with mold projects as they relate to ventilation systems.
