Below is a letter recently composed by Soil-Away carpet cleaning technician and friend: Rob Christenson. Rob was a vital part of the Soil-Away operation for 14 terrific years. Many of our clients specifically requested (and still do) to have Rob scheduled to perform the carpet/upholstery cleaning at their home or business. I have wanted to write this letter of recommendation for quite some time now. Let me introduce myself. 
My name is Rob Christenson and I worked for Soil-Away from 1998 until January of 2013, long enough to know that it is a great place to work and it is a great company to have work done for its customers. I can tell you that whether your work to be done is fire, water or mold restoration or cleaning of residential/commercial carpets or furniture and much more, Soil-Away will expertly take care of your needs! I worked most of my time in the residential and commercial markets, with some restoration market jobs as well. My experience always was observing the high esteem and value placed on the customer. As a technician, I was always challenged to work with the team and to improve myself through continuing industry-specific classes and certifications. This is the philosophy of Soil-Away for all of its employees. I have semi-retired now and work in my son’s plumbing and HVAC company but continue to keep in touch with my former company. I have had Soil-Away do work at my own home and other friends and relatives’ homes. From my perspective now, I would heartily recommend Soil-Away for your next residential or commercial cleaning application or restoration job. This company does an amazing number of special services.
